A local favorite, The Artisan Hotel Boutique was being rebranded to Lexi Hotel Las Vegas. The goal is to increase awareness and buzz around Lexi while retaining the existing followers who loved Artisan. The client needed us to develop a social media strategy and create content that aligns with the new Lexi brand.
We developed a social strategy that included how we would announce the rebrand, handle mentions of Artisan, and what the content would look like leading up to the grand opening and beyond.
Given the entire hotel is being renovated, we formed a creative solution that would set the tone for the new brand experience.
For 6 months leading up to the grand reopening we had to capture content while renovations were occurring. Despite the challenges posed by simultaneous rebranding and renovation efforts, we managed to increase following 82% over the course of one year. This substantial growth demonstrates our ability to captivate and expand our client’s audience base during a period of transformation.
Our efforts also resulted in a remarkable 250% increase in post interactions. This heightened level of engagement not only retained the existing audience but also attracted new users, emphasizing our impact.
