63 CityCenter
Services:
Social Media Management, Community Management, Content Creation
Challenge:
63 CityCenter, a new retail, dining, and entertainment hub located at the center of the Las Vegas Strip, launched without any existing social media presence to introduce itself to the public or to potential tenants.
Solution:
We developed and launched the social media presence for 63 CityCenter, designed to bring the destination to life. Each month, we captured on-site content that showcases the property’s tenants, foot traffic, and prime Strip location. This included rotating spotlight features for each tenant, original destination content that highlighted the energy of the space, and support for tenant promotions, specials, and events.
Our overarching goal was to create a consistently active Instagram presence. While not intended as a direct lead-generation funnel, Instagram became a powerful visual portfolio that prospective tenants naturally encounter when researching the destination. It provided an instant sense of the environment, the level of support tenants receive, and how well 63 CityCenter is positioned within the Las Vegas market.
Results:
Although still in early growth stages, the account has already shown strong momentum. Visitor tags have notably increased, indicating rising awareness and organic discovery.
A video captured on-site went viral, generating more than 2.8 million views on Instagram and introducing 63 CityCenter to a significantly broader audience.
The social presence now serves as a valuable tool for showcasing the destination to both locals and tourists, while also strengthening the perception of 63 CityCenter among prospective tenants evaluating the property.
